The proposed bond would allow the District to restructure existing debt and establish funding for future capital expenditures, including apparatus, equipment, and station needs.
Proposed Rescue Tax Levy
The proposed Rescue Tax Levy would establish an additional tax for emergency and rescue crews and equipment purposes.
The proposed rate is 0.10% of equalized assessed value.
The District currently estimates that the levy would generate approximately $350,000 in additional annual operating revenue.
